213 double-digit hundreds numbers

Double-digit hundreds end in a repeated digit and two zeros: 213-XXX-7700. They are read as "seventy-seven hundred", a round number with a repeat built in.

A block of ten thousand numbers holds only nine of them, 1100 through 9900, so they are scarcer than ordinary round hundreds.
