How buying a 213 number and porting it works

From choosing a 213 number to using it with your own carrier: checkout on Exclusive Digits, the transfer details, and the port-in.

1. Choose a number here

Search by digits or a word, or browse by pattern. Every listing shows the full number and its price.

2. Check out on Exclusive Digits

The "View & buy" button opens the number on Exclusive Digits, which sells and delivers every number listed on this site. Exclusive Digits rechecks availability before it takes payment. The price is a one-time purchase price.

3. Receive the transfer details

When the order is ready, Exclusive Digits sends the account number and transfer PIN that your carrier asks for when you move a number.

4. Ask your carrier to transfer the number

Give those details to the carrier you want the number on: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, your business phone provider or any major US carrier. Carriers call this a port-in. Most let you add the number as a new line or move it onto a line you already have.

The carrier controls how long the transfer takes and may charge its own service or transfer fees.

Good to know

  • Once the number is on your carrier, you pay that carrier's usual charges for the line.
  • Keep the line active. Like any phone number, a 213 number that is disconnected can go back to the carrier and be lost.
  • Questions about an order, and refunds, are handled by Exclusive Digits under its own policies.
